PAIMA (Pan American International Movers Association) is an association of international movers, freight forwarders, insurance companies, etc. Founded in 1985, PAIMA membership now totals over 150 international moving companies, representing: Canada, the United States, South America, Central America, the Caribbean, Europe, Africa, Australia, Middle East & Far East. PAIMA main office is located in Panama, Republic of Panama.
PAIMA will effectively assist members in collecting overdue amounts from other PAIMA members. Claims submitted to PAIMA, must be supported by irrefutable documents, providing copy or copies of the invoices involved. It is the obligation of each member of PAIMA to inform the Association of any unpaid invoice past due sixty (60) days from its initiation, by another member of PAIMA. In the case that a dispute or disagreement may arise between two members and no mutual agreeable terms are met, a special arbitration committee will be appointed to assist in reaching a fair solution for both parties.

PAIMA holds it's annual conference prior to HHGFAA conference to make it convenient for members to participate as both PAIMA and HHGFAA has common members.
